What is included in the Race Kart Experience?

All programs include kart rental, fuel, used tires, kart preparation and mechanical support, and practice fees. Equipment rental is available rent-free for practice days.

What are the age requirements for each class?

Kid Kart is for ages 4-7. 4-Cycle Briggs has Cadet (8-11), Junior (9-14), and Senior (15+). 2-Cycle ROK has Mini Rok (8-13), Junior Rok (12-14), and Senior Rok (15+).

Is insurance available?

Insurance is available for practice days only. Kid Kart insurance is $100 (full-day) or $60 (half-day). 4-Cycle insurance is $300 (full-day) or $180 (half-day). 2-Cycle insurance is $500 (full-day) or $300 (half-day). All prices plus HST.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation. Cancellations or rescheduling more than 72 hours before the event receive a refund of the 50% deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours are non-refundable.

No tire package is offered for the Kid Kart experience. Race Event Package is also not available for this class.

First Visit — Orientation Required

All first-time Kid Kart drivers must complete a driver orientation session. Includes: kart operation basics (throttle & brake instruction), track fundamentals (pit entry & exit, layout), and an on-track lead-follow session with a staff member. The orientation evaluates readiness for unsupported track driving — the number of sessions required is at the staff's discretion.

Arrive Early

Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your booking time for driver check-in and gear fitting if needed.

Driver Briefing

Safety briefing covering track procedures, kart operation, flags, and pit entry and exit.

Seat Fitting

Kart seat and pedals adjusted to fit your size. Loaner equipment fitted if required.

Track Sessions

Structured driving sessions on track. Session format varies by program type.

Driver Feedback

Post-session coaching or feedback if a coaching package was selected.

The 4-Cycle and 2-Cycle programs are designed for experienced kart racers — arrive-and-drive competitors, drivers transitioning between classes, or ex-racers who want the convenience of a rental structure. No first-visit orientation is required. Eligibility for all programs is determined at the discretion of the event organiser.
