MIKA is the competitive kart racing club at Mosport Karting Centre — one of the finest karting facilities in Canada and North America. With 10+ race events per season across multiple track configurations, MIKA gives kart owners a world-class home for competitive club racing from spring through fall.
Membership is open to all drivers. You need your own kart and a MIKA membership to participate in club races and open practice days. Non-members may participate in a maximum of 2 races per season before a membership is required.
MIKA runs ROK Cup (Vortex) and Briggs & Stratton classes and Rotax classes across all levels — from Kid Kart to Senior, single-speed to shifter kart.
The Mosport Karting Academy provides professional coaching, mechanical support, and data analysis for MIKA members at every level. Whether you're new to competitive racing or a seasoned club racer, the Academy gives you the tools to become a faster, more independent competitor.
Support is available at all MIKA race events and official test days. $150/day + HST — no mandatory minimum. Book on a per-event basis, as little or as often as you need.
Don't haul your kart every weekend. Mosport Karting Centre offers on-site kart storage options for the 2026 season — keeping your kart close to the track and ready to race whenever you are.
New to owning and maintaining a kart? The MIKA Rookie Mechanics Seminar gives first-time and newer kart owners the fundamental knowledge to prepare their kart for race day, understand basic maintenance, and get the most out of their season at Mosport.
